Inside Sales/Customer Service

Job Description

• Develop Kitchen and Bath designs working with customers in our showroom.
• Handle in-coming calls and walk in customers
• Maintain showroom organization and appearance.
• Provide support to outside sales staff

Position Requirements:

• Experience with 20/20 design software
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
• Ability to work with wide variety of clients including homeowners, designers and contractors.
• Ability to multitask and quickly change directions based on customer needs.

This is a part time 24 – 30 hour per week position.

Outside Sales Representative/Designer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect builders, contractors and developers to sell multiple cabinet lines
• Collaborate with retail customers & contractors on the design, materials, and selections
• Accurately complete all paperwork in a timely fashion
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and sales productivity

Position Requirements:

• Excellent prospecting and sales ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft office experience
• Ability to multitask and quickly change directions based on customer needs

Education and/or Experience:

• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
• Experience on 20/20 cabinet software
• Experience in cabinetry or related construction field
